User Submitted Hasbro The Game of Life ReviewsDate: 2008-12-20 Fun Family Game This is a classic game for the whole family, the new design of the game board is great with it's 1 time set-up. I recommend this game for anyone who want's a fun game for family game night. Date: 2008-12-12 Wow, so many flaws First of all I would like to ask those people that complains how this game doesn't give interaction between player when you get marry or children. What are you talking about? May be if you read the rule you would see that if you spin the wheel when you get marry u would get money depends on the number u get, secondly if u get a kid people pay you 5k. Sure its not like the old one, and of course there is so many flaws that comes with the rule. They don't have an explaination for everything, or at least what you suppose to do with the investment when to do it or when to use the spin to win. This can be very confusing for new players, but once you get it going you kinda get what you are doing. As for the wheel it still have that wheel of fortune like design, may be you just didn't press the plastic piece in there far enough. Though overall its an ok game with all the flaw, but the incompetent of the maker who can't even line up the right color for the right number is just plain stupidity, they reversed the side the color suppose to be which makes it totally different, and confusing for new players. A++++++++++ Date: 2008-10-17 One of the best games in my childhood and still is. This game is just suitable for all ages and great fun to be played with family and friends in a short sitting. Monopoly is fun, but it can take too long. The game of life has a definitive ending and you can judge the progress rather easily. So planning for dinner becomes simpler. Through playing this game, you can teach your kids about a lot of things in life, such as investments and decision making. [...] Date: 2008-10-08 Hasbro The Game of Life Excellent classic, but with some new up to date changes. Fun family game, but the game takes awhile to play so young players can get bored.
