User Submitted Pretty Pretty Princess Dress-Up Board Game Reviews (cont...)Date: 2007-02-12 Let's Play! The Pretty Pretty Princess Cinderella Edition game is one of our five year old daughter's favorite games. We had fun gluing on the stickers and trying to match our jewelry set. Having to wear the jewelry adds to the fun. It's an easy game to learn and play. Her grandmother enjoyed playing this game and even glued sparkling craft pieces on the bottom of the jewelry box, much to the delight of our little Princess. The Pretty Pretty Princess Game is simply a sweet little girl's game, one all three generations had fun playing. Date: 2007-01-27 Just a FUN game! Any game that gets my husband dressed up in a tiara and earrings while playing a board game with his girls, is a GREAT game! It's simple to play for anyone over age 3 (unless the child is orally fixated- there are smaller pieces, so use YOUR better judgment!), is fast enough to hold a child's (and adult's!) interest, and let's everyone relax and not worry about rules- we really enjoy it and are wearing it out pretty quickly. It has been a great gift for other friends as well as it's not too well-known. Date: 2007-01-25 5 year old loves it Our 5 year old daughter loves it. Very easy and fun to play. Great Buy. Date: 2007-01-19 Perfect Game for My Pretty Pretty Princess Santa Claus brought this game for my daughter for Christmas and she LOVES it! It doesn't take terribly long to play, so it's a great game to hold the attention of a nearly 5-year-old. We've even talked Dad and big brother into playing, and there's a (playful) fight over who has the crown. The perfect gift for little girls. Thank you, Santa. Date: 2007-01-15 Probably good for right mindset child I know - everybody loves this game. What's not to like? Well in my case, it's my 4-1/2 yr-old who played with it once and has shown little or no interest in it since. Granted she likes princesses but she doesn't LOVE them like lots of other girls. But I think the real issue is the relative lack of challenge. We got Monopoly Jr. at the same time (both for Christmas) and we have been playing that almost every night for the past several weeks. So my recommendation is to buy this game if you have a 3 yr old (and older) who loves princesses. Think twice if your child is older and is into more advanced games already because if they are this game has the potential to be a very short-lived thrill.
