User Submitted Nancy Drew: Treasure In The Royal Tower Reviews (cont...)Date: 2006-12-07 Fun, but short Although the game was really fun, I was disappointed in how short it was. I think part of it was due to a lot of the puzzles being too easy, but even without that it probably still would have been short. Date: 2006-11-28 It's OK in my book! This is the first Nancy Drew game I've ever played, and I do plan on playing some others in the series, because this is a high-quality game, and I'm sure the other games in this series are, too. Any one who is considering buying this game, I say to go for it. It is totally worth your money. But...I did see a few minor problems. First of all, the screen kept on going black, and I kept having to move the cursor around to restore the picture. Also, there was a dialogue error too, when I read a word in the dialogue box, but the character was saying something else. But, I still like the CD, and the people at HerInteractive did a really good job! I actually wouldn't be surprised if boys started playing! I just don't think this one will be my favorite game. But keep up the good work HerInteractive! Date: 2006-11-24 the dogs will show the way I was an avid reader of Nancy Drew mysteries as a girl during the 50s and now as an old girl I get to revisit Nancy in another form. I enjoyed the game, was happy not to have to deal with an alarm clock this time. Just go up the stairs in the cabin a few clicks and you have the option to make it AM or PM. I got hopelessly lost in the forest in the beginning and the night sounds were spookily effective. I will admit I did resort to an outside tip after I put the sparkplugs in the wrong way in the outboard motor. Fatal error! It made me laugh, though. Love those second chances. This is the fourth Nancy Drew game I've played and I don't plan on stopping. The games are well put together and not just for kids. I find the puzzles to be challenging and the graphics and audio very well done. Keep 'em coming herinteractive. Date: 2006-11-20 First Nancy Drew game I played ...and I knew it wouldn't be the last. Very very fun. Don't think Nancy Drew is just for girls, guys can play and love the game as well. I am living proof of that. The game itself really isn't that hard, it is just some of the puzzles can be very tricky (I don't like puzzles) and that is the only 'beef' I have with the game, and most mystery games. Now, back to the game itself.. intriguing storyline, suspicous characters and they all got something to hide. Search for clues while interrogating suspects.. explore the resort, run errands, break into locked rooms without getting caught, disable alarms, and SNOOP.. and that is just the tip of the iceburg. If you like mystery games, Nancy Drew is for you! Her games aren't overly hard, and they are very fun. Even if you aren't a mystery fan, try it! You'll love it. Try them all! You will become a Nancy Drew fan, trust me.. I did. Date: 2006-11-17 This is a Kid's Game?? This game was a little too hard for my tastes. Despite the fact that I played at the junior level I managed to get killed shortly after starting out. I also had to restart the game to figure out what my room number was because once I left the room I couldn't find my way back (all the corridors look alike). So far I've fallen down an elevator shaft, gotten caught breaking and entering, been crushed by an elevator, frozen to death and been hit over the head...I've got to ask is this really appropriate for children?
