Blocks Rock!
I got these blocks for my youngest son's birthday and he loves them. My boy is a tough customer too. These blocks have been put through their paces, and you can believe that. They have stood the test of Brenny-bot and come out a winner! The durability of these wooden blocks (which are just plain classic in the first place) is amazing. No fading or chipping as of yet.

They're ok
They are small and fun for little guys to stack, but the pictures and letters on each block are not associated in any way... Which makes no sense to me at all. Also, they have somewhat sharp corners and are VERY painful to step on. Otherwise, they a good toy. At age two, my son loved to stack and build with them, but hadn't much interest in the letters. He could not put them back in the box himself, but it wasn't too much work for an adult to keep the blocks straight while plopping them in.

Nice blocks
The only surprise is that are very small, but my 20 month old baby likes it, I think it is a little confusing when you tray to asociate the pictures to the letters because there are not related, but there is plenty others ways to learn with this blocks

The Standard!
We bought regular building blocks at Christmas and my daughter has loved them. Now that she has shown real interest in letters and numbers, these are a great addition and she loves them as well.
