LOTS of fun for father and son
I guess my husband like the toy as much as my 3y son. They play together all the time. Highly recommended for father-son bonding.

My son loves it!
We got this toy for my son's 3rd birthday and he loves it. It works great and seems functional, not a piece of junk! I only wish they gave you more than 3 balls so I don't have to chase them!

fun but fragile
it basically doesn't work any more. sure we left it out in the rain once, but aren't kids toys supposed to survive that insult? it was fun for a very brief period of time, but i guess what was i expecting for the price. it would also have been nice to know how to get similar balls or if it worked with wiffle balls or something like that. but the balls are specially sized and i could never find any other ball that worked with it.

Mom doesn't have to pitch anymore!
My 4 year old son loves this toy. He uses it in all three positions. All the kids in the neighborhood join in on the fun. Even my teenage nephews have fun with it!

AWESOME
Best toy ever. Had a problem w/ balls too until I bought some alkaline energizer batteries and pitches much better(further). My 4 year old can really hit the balls so far so i too am going to customer service at fisher prices website for some more balls. Buying this for my nephew. all 8 kids from age 2 up to 13 loved it at the birthday party:)
