User Submitted Sleeping Queens ReviewsDate: 2008-10-16 Can be a Fun game for Adults too~ I first picked up this game because the artwork of the cards seem nice but to my surprise, it's a fun little game that requires a little elementary math skills and luck. My ex-boyfriend and I enjoyed playing a round of Sleeping Queen right before bedtime after a stressful day. It is simple and perfect for a couple to play but it can definitely become playfully competitive to steal the Sleeping Queens from each other! Date: 2008-09-15 This is soooo much fun! I play this with both my 9-year-old granddaughter and 3 1/2 year old grandson ... and we all love it! We will definitely look into other games made by GamesWright! Date: 2008-08-25 Fantastic card game I bought this based on the recommendation of a friend. The kids (9yo boy and 7yo girl) and I love it. It was super easy for them to learn to play. And they've requested to play it everyday since we bought it. I love card games because they're portable (great for waiting for food to come at a restaurant) and this is a fun one to play. I'm inclined to buy several more of these card games. Date: 2008-07-24 great game This is a great game. My 5 year old loves it as does my 3 year old(with a little help from mom). As an added bonus they get to practice their math skills. The cards are colorful and really creative. Lots of friends will be receiving this for birthday gifts! Date: 2008-06-30 Really fun game - the five year old can play it easily We've been playing this game as a family with my five year old niece since she was only *four* years old. She can play her own hand, and often she wins against the grown-ups! (We don't let her win. There's no point.) She does need a little help in adding her cards to discard them, and we play that it's five queens to win, no matter what (even if you have the required 50 points, you still need the right number of queens), but otherwise she totally manages her own game. Her little sister (two and a half years) can totally play a game too... if she has a grown-up (or sometimes her big sister) to help her put distinguish the various power cards. I have no doubt that she, too, will be managing her own hand when she's four... or even three, she's catching up fast. We've also played this game with just adults a few times, it's really pretty fun and very fast.
