I bought this Grover doll for my 2 year old nephew since one of his favorite books is "The Monster at the End of This Book." He loves this doll! He won't go to sleep without it. It's very safe, too. He has chewed the nose a bit and it's not falling off or even starting to. Date: 2008-09-22 Grover is fun, no matter the size My girlfriend has been in love with Grover ever since it became her first stuffed animal the day she was born. This oversized version makes her smile and remember her first one every time she looks at it. Date: 2008-09-07 Grab a Grover My purchase of the Gund Sesame Street 14-inch model, was for an 18yr old friend of mine who is very fond of Grover. I wanted a doll not too small not to large and found this 14inch model. He is absolutely adorable. In fact, when he arrived in the mail and I opened up the package, my friend almost didn't get Grover. I was seriously considering keeping him for myself. He looks great, feels fantastic, lightweight but with some volume. Easily poseable. Since I have quite a sense of humor, I secured him to the front of a wrapped gift box (Grover became the replacement for the bow). She loves it. This is my 3rd purchase of a Gund product. Only wish I could find Fozzy Bear in the same form. Date: 2008-09-02 Great plush toy for young children. Ordered it for my soon to be niece. She loved it. Takes it everywhere she goes. Date: 2008-07-09 we love grover! this is my 1 year old daughter's absolute favorite lovey. we go nowhere without him! I know the tag says to surface wash, but I throw him in the washing machine anyway. He comes out a little matted, but I'd rather he look a little worn than be stinky! I just bought a back-up (you never know!)
