User Submitted Banzai Cannonball Splash Water Slide Reviews (cont...)Date: 2009-08-06 splash ...slide...time Great for small kids.... well worth the money...adults need to maintain up keep after each use Date: 2009-07-10 great for cooling off but the slide is off balance We live in Texas and are in the middle of a drought and heat wave so this is a great way for the kids to beat the heat. However, the slide part of the this is heavier on the side that the hose connects to and therefore it tips over to that side all the time. We have to put things under it (a noodle works great) on that side to keep it balanced. I had to keep replacing it for the kids and they got frustrated with it toppling over with them on it. Also, I wish a pump was included in the box. The slide part requires ALOT of air that is too much by mouth. Date: 2009-07-07 Waste of time to blow up!!!! Bought this for my 8 and 10 year old boys. It is so small, they would slide on the little surfboard that is included and would already be half way out of the pool. The water that is constantly running from your hose sprays straight down on the slide part. It does NOT spray into the air like the box shows. The water that is coming off the slide and into the pool part does NOT go into the pool. The little plastic flap that connects the two is so small the water runs right off the sides and into the grass. This was a total waste of time. They played with it for about 20min and that was it. [...]. Date: 2009-07-04 You must lube it up! This is a wonderful toy but there are a few things I can tell you from experience with these toys. You must not let them sit in direct sunlight. I know, I know, but you don't want your kids to get burned anyway so put in in the shade. Also, be sure to put ample amounts of baby oil on it so that when the child plays with it, they can slide freely and not pull at the seems from the force of play. Doing this we were able to enjoy this toy all summer long! Date: 2009-06-28 Fell apart My son played with this for one day and it already fell apart. He is really upset. THANKS ALOT!
