User Submitted Vtech - Disney Princess - Magic Wand Laptop ReviewsDate: 2009-01-06 Perfect gift I gave this toy to my nearly 6 year old niece for Christmas and she loved it! Picked it right up, had no problem learning how to use it. Date: 2008-09-20 Fun Easy to Use Girls Laptop Bought for 2 year old birthday. She LOVED it! Very durable. Lots of different activities like charming pairs, numbers, memory matches, classical music snipets, good stuff. She quickly mastered the wand but does not use the mouse too much. Date: 2008-05-20 Great starter computer but poor graphics My daughter loves this and it has alot of great games and learning tools. The graphics are terrible. I would think with technology today they could have made a screen that was more up to speed but the graphics/screen is pretty lame. It reminds me of a computer game from the 80's. Everything works great and it's easy for my 4 year old to use. I'd rather pay just a bit more & have enhanced graphics. Date: 2008-05-03 Product as Described. Good Value This product is as it is described. A good value for a toy computer for my four year old daughter. I purchased this one after reading numerous bad reviews on the Barbie computer toy. I bought it on Amazon for 2 dollars cheaper than could be found locally and free shipping. Very Easy. Date: 2008-01-19 No volume control First, I'd give this product 2 1/2 stars if that were possible. This is a nice product in that it's educational and keeps my daughter interested. She enjoys playing with it. However, there is no volume control and it's just too darn loud. The only sound the user can control is to turn the music on or off, but the actual volume of the vocal portion is uncontrollable. This product can blast people out of the room! Unfortunately, after a few minutes of playing in the "common" areas of the home, we have to ask daughter to go play it in her room -- very sad. In my opinion, to not have a volume controller on a child's product is a *major* oversight. Shame, shame, Vtech!
