Great value for the money!
The assembly took 2 adults and about 2 hours, but wasn't extremely difficult for someone fairly handy. Kids started playing with it right away. We live in Arizona so our front yard is mostly gravel. We set the base on the gravel with the front edge (where the pole comes down) onto the driveway. This leaves us plenty of room to get the cars in and out of the driveway. I'm not sure how it would handle on grass. It seems sturdy, but we've only had it a few weeks. The pole feels solid-the box the system was shipped in weighed close to 60 lbs.! If you get free shipping I'd definitely recommend it.

Received this backboard about a month ago - set up was totally easy, it looks great and my son loves it! Well worth the money.

We recently purchased this item. It was easy to assemble. The frame is sturdy and portable with wheels. It met our needs perfect. We love it!
