I bought these kits for my daughter and her 2 friends as a playdate project. They are ages 5, 6 & 7 and all 3 girls loved decorating their butterflies and were so proud of their results. Our daughter's butterflies are hanging from the ceiling in her bedroom. Let them dry for a long time though. My daughter tended to clump the paint a bit and thinking it was dry, I actually smudged some of it. I am going to give this as a Christmas gift to one of her other friends.

Lovely kit with beautiful results!
This is an awesome kit for kids, tweens and adults to make absolutely great butterfuly decorations for your bedroom (or any room your butterfly might choose to bunk in!)

This is a fun project (requires care to protect area from staining while working) and it is almost guaranteed to make you want to turn out more, more, more!

Great family fun here, and highly recommended.

This item was a gift for my 7 year-old niece. She LOVED it and it kept her busy for hours. The only problem was keeping her little sister away while she worked on her unique and very pretty designs! Thanks!

Loved this
My six-year-old did a beautiful job on these butterflies. She really enjoys art projects and is really proud that she created the beautiful butterflies that are hanging in her room. I've seen "professionally" completed butterflies sold in catologues at a much higher price ... these are half the price and your little girl gets a boost of self-esteem by doing the finishing touches herself.
