User Submitted Parents Busy Zoo ReviewsDate: 2009-01-06 She loves it! Our eight month old granddaughter loves her busy cube - one side at a time. Seems to be sturdy and it sure is busy! Date: 2009-01-04 Great for early learning. My almost 1 year old got this for christmas. He loves it. My 3 year old likes it too and likes to show his brother all the different things to do. I am very happy with this product. Date: 2008-11-30 Worth it! I got this for my son when he was about 7 months old. He LOVED it from day 1 and still till this day enjoys playing with it for hours and he's 2 1/2 now. Even when I have company over, the teenagers and adults would find themselves playing with the top part. Totally worth every penny! Date: 2008-11-02 great fun toy - colorful too The Parents Busy Zoo is a great toy for hand eye coordination and general development. My daughter enjoys it very much. Our pediatrician had similar toys in the office so I knew this would be a great investment. I had gotten this toy for her when she was all but 6 months old. She plays with it all the time. Her 3.5 year old cousin loved the toy as well. It is made of nice strong wood and very durable. Very safe since there are no corners. Date: 2008-10-25 Great fun - but keep an eye on little ones while playing Our 12 month old adores this toy and I can see how she will grow into many of the features of it. For example, she really enjoys spinning the beads on top but can't push them uphill yet. She also really loves to slam the little wooden doors open and shut (yes, you can slam the door open against the side of the toy. It makes a loud clacking noise that causes her to giggle). I would recommed keeping this toy on a floor or other hard surface. Toddlers can pull the toy onto themselves if it is placed on a soft surface (like in a playpen). It isn't heavy and she didn't get hurt from it but she wasn't really happy about it either. In any case, she resumed playing immediately once both child and toy were moved to the floor. Also, I would suggest padding the edges before giving it to a toddler since it is possible for them to lose their balance and conk their heads against the toy's hard edges. Again, much tears and a little bruise but she was fine afterwards. Despite this, I highly recommed this toy for any but overly protective parents and have added the other Parents busy boxes to my wish list.
