User Submitted SpongeBob Squarepants Typing 2008 ReviewsDate: 2008-09-19 Very easy; kids took right to it The kids (ages 6 & 8) took right to it. no instructions necessary. they have a lot of fun with it and within the first few days had learned about half of the keys. Great way to get young kids properly introduced to proper typing. Date: 2008-09-16 Great Practice for Kids! This program is fun and challenging with different levels to master. My son has some fine motor skill issues and needs to learn typing in his computer classes at school. He was struggling last year, but has been practicing over the summer and just got his first A in a type to learn program for his computer grade. His younger sisters are also learning where the letters are located on the keyboard by playing some of the beginning games that help you get familiar with their location. Date: 2008-09-01 Good product, Self-learning Recommended by son's Computer Teacher. Son turned 7 this summer, and used program. Taught himself how to type with hardly any assistance from us. Keeps their interest with games/skills. Motivates kids to 'get to the next level'. A little challenging at first to figure out format, but once you get rolling, they can use themselves. Date: 2008-08-24 Not Compatible with Mac OS X Leopard! Despite being billed as "SpongeBob Typing 2008," this version has NOT been updated to work with Macintosh OS X beyond version 10.3. It will NOT run on 10.5 Leopard.
