User Submitted Fisher Price Little People Racin' Ramps Garage Reviews (cont...)Date: 2007-12-21 Fisher price racin ramos garage I bought this toy because my son, now 31 had a similar one when he was a little boy. While this one is nice, they don't make them like they used to. Since this one comes in pcs. and has to be assembled, the ramp has bumps in it and it isn't as deep as the older ones so bigger cars don't travel down very well. The 2-3 yr olds will love it anyway since they haven't had the old one to compare it to. Date: 2007-12-16 Wish Fisher-Price still made the Big Action Garage Compared to the Big Action Garage, which I had for my other two children, this was a let down. We bought the Big Action Garage after my daughter (10 years ago) played with it on display at Toys R Us for an hour. It was loved and very durable for a total of 12 years. Unfortunately we do not have it any longer, and looking at the current Fisher Price line up for durable, fun, interactive car play, we regret the decision not to keep the Big Action Garage. The Racin Ramps is flimsy, the pieces do not stay together well. Fisher Price should go back to making the toys that they made earlier, The Big Action Series was well liked and is very sought after. Infact, Fisher Price should go back to making toys "Made in the USA". I definitely appreciate the 12 year old Fisher Price toys I do still have which all proudly say "MADE IN U.S.A." Date: 2007-11-29 Not Up To Little People Standards I was very disappointed in this toy. The ramp constantly comes off, there is no place to put the gas nozzle when you are not using it, and the cars come off the ramp on the side instead of the front. I am used to the old version which was much better. The old one had a helicopter pad and helicopter, an elevator for the people as well as one for the cars and the ramp ended in the front of the garage which is much better than the side. Also on the new version, when the cars get off the elevator on the second floor, their is no access to the ramp. I expected more from Little People's because I enjoy their other toys. I just don't know why they changed the design. The old garage was much better. Date: 2007-11-06 A New Favorite We just bought this for our son's 2nd birthday and he loves it! I had no problem assembling the toy and have not had the problems that some of the other reviews had mentioned. He has only had it a few days but goes straight to it in the morning and plays with it a good portion of the day. The only problem that I noticed with it is that the elevator is a little difficult to slide up and down but my son seems manage OK with it. Date: 2007-10-24 Parking garage I gave this to my grandson for his 2nd birthday. He played with it daily and for a LONG time each day. Kept him happy and busy. He tried to push all types of vehicles down the ramp. If they didn't go, he just parked them for later use. Very sturdy product which should last for several years.
