My daughter recieved this doll for her 5th Birthday along with Tika, Luciana, and Antonio. She absolutely LOVES this line of Barbies. This particular doll is the favorite of course and she actually takes her to bed with her every night so she can listen to Ro sing her the lullaby song. We have not had problems with the feathers as another reviewer states. Her brother popped them out once and we popped them right back in and have never had another problem with it. She flips them up and down out of view all the time and they endure it with ease!! GREAT BARBIE and I highly recommend this to any Island Princess fan!!! Date: 2007-10-27 Adorable This Barbie is very special to me as my name is ROSELLA, she is beautiful, the grandkids all love her and the little raccoon is darling, except that one of them is a little deformed, I'll probably call about that. Date: 2007-10-19 An instant favorite My daughter was given the Princess Luciana doll as a birthday present with the DVD and loved it so much that I bought this one as well. She goes to sleep with her sharing her pillow and listening to her sing in the dark. Yeah, the feathers come off fairly easily, but they snap right back in. Sometimes my daughter needs a little help with that, but it doesn't seem to frustrate her at all. I didn't see anything about the red panda singing on the box, so I'm not sure what the other reviewer is referring to. Her dress is beautiful and she is now a beloved member of the Barbie tribe. Date: 2007-09-16 Singing red panda? Okay...the red panda is supposed to sing? Well it doesn't. I bought this doll for my 6 year old daughter and she loves it! She hasn't put it down all day. Everything is beautiful but the red panda doesn't sing. I am not sure why. Either way, the doll is a hit with my daughter (although the peacock feathers and the shoes fall off a lot). I think it bothers me more than my daughter. Date: 2007-09-06 Very pleasing to a four year old. I bought this doll for my daughter a few days after it's inital release, and she ADORES this doll. I haven't had any problems with the wings/feathers coming out of the dolls back, as the other reviewer did. My only problem with this doll as that it sings a bit of one or two of the songs from the movie. The movie hasn't been released yet, and I'm already sick of the music. I expected this, as a couple of the other "movie" barbies also sing, and while I'm annoyed, it is one of my daughter's favorite features about the toy. The clothes are beautiful, and the doll has been a good addition to my daughter's collection.
