User Submitted U Command Wall-E Reviews (cont...)Date: 2008-08-28 Even my dogs love this toy! He's not very stable, but that's okay. I've had fun chasing my husband with this toy then at the end making him tip over and make his little wall-e sounds. It's really cute. My dogs follow it around but run around it when I have it in dance mode. The only thing I don't like is you have to work to make him turn left or right. You pretty much have to have him circle to turn. But if you don't mind just toying around it's not bad. DON'T grab it by the head or arms because it says on the packaging that it could damage to connections inside the toy. I bought this for about 40 bucks back in July and have been chasing people ever since lol. Date: 2008-08-13 Very nice but delicate The Wall E toy is a great collector's item, I don't know if it is suitable for little children though as it has plenty of warnings about not moving the head or hands manually... and for some reason it says you can not use rechargeable batteries on it, seems like the company that makes them is on a crusade to pollute the planet with depleted batteries Date: 2008-08-10 Bad run on carpet and cannot turn right Overall, he is cute and well produced but what I expect him to be able to do is just run smoothly. All over my place is carpet and he cannot run smoothly especially when he turns or move backward. Actually, his backward movement is not moving backward, he just turns counter clockwise. Another one thing you have to be concerned is he cannot turn right at all. I expected him to be able to run like just a controllable car toy at least. MAybe its too hard for the manufacture to make him can move forward, backward, turn left and right but that's what i expect. Bye bye Wall-E. Date: 2008-08-09 A fun toy, needs some tweeks The U-Command wall e is a great toy but as other reviewers have stated, it is highly unstable on carpeting. it got so annoying that my husband removed the inner wheels and replaced them with the plastic tabbing that came with the package where the ties were held (long black plastic things with holes in it). since that minor tweek wall-e has not fallen yet, and the enjoyment of the toy has very much increased. aside from the tilt issue, this toy is a great deal of fun to play with. the expressive quality is amazing, holding true to the wall-e that we all fell in love with at the theater. He has a very amusing dance sequence. If given the chance, I'd buy this toy again. Date: 2008-07-26 U command walle is as great as the walle in the movie. Walle is on of the geatest toys that i have! He is very delicate, but hes funny and he says exactly the same frases as in the great, super, marvelous,incredible, awsome, fantastic, stupendus movie. He has the same details that the real walle has (shape, colours, etc.). U COMMAND WALLE IS OUT OF THIS GALAXY, SO YOU HAVE TO BUY IT!!!
