Battleship Game
Ordered Battleship for Grandson and it was shipped and arrived on time for Christmas the game was in excellent condition and both father and son playing it constantly...a very good game for thinking out strategy and learning good competition, perfect for either parent quality and quanity time with children. Reasonably priced.

Game Fun
This game is a super winner w/my teenage son...and he was pre-teen when he received it! Loves the secrecy and trying to figure out the strategy of the opposite player.

Fun sometimes.
My 8 year old son and I play this sometimes and we have fun, but he doesn't want to play it too often. My 6 year old son only wants to play after he sees his big brother play. He likes it for a few minutes, but then starts to lose interest. My 3 year old likes to throw handfuls of the little pieces after we've been playing too long and she gets bored. Overall, it's a good strategy game that takes a little too long for young kids to play. A little too long for Mommy too.

A Classic Game
Among the classic board games that has become a part of American culture. A child is not a child unless he or she has played battleship. A training in search patterns and comprehension of results that are returned to you. Can you create a more effective and efficient search pattern then your peer. Can you create a ship target pattern that is harder to detect based on the strategy your peer uses. A great game.

Ready to battle
My 9 year old son just started to understand this game, we bought it when he was 7. He would get confused on how to call out the other persons ships. He would say where his ships were. This game helps kids understand they need to pay attention and coordinate where their ships are. It depends on how quick your kids pick things up if they would enjoy playing this game.
