User Submitted Little Tikes Cozy Coupe Reviews (cont...)Date: 2006-03-31 Great Buy! I bought this for my daughter who just turned 1 and I must say, the assembly was a bit much! It took myself, my mother AND her mother to get the top onto the car! My daughter wasn't sure of this "new thing" in the living room @ first but she's getting used to climbing in and out of it. She can only go backwards right now b/c she hasn't learned how to use her legs to go forwards, that's what I'm used for when she's playing with it! She tends to slip down into the opening where their feet go while I'm "driving" her around. Once she gets the hang of driving herself I'm sure she'll have tons of fun! Date: 2006-03-21 Great Buy! This toy was purchased for our 2 year old. He kept trying to get in the car while his dad put it together! He has had it now for 2 mths and there is hardly a day goes by when he hasn't drove, pushed, or just sat in his car. This was definitely worth the money! We decided to buy him one for home...although it was generally easy to put together the steering wheel does not stay in place very well. Overall, though, my son loves it! We cannot wait to take it outdoors in the warm weather. Date: 2006-02-23 MY DAUGHTER LOVES THIS CAR I read the reviews from Amazon, before ordering this car from Toys R Us. We paid the extra money to have it assembled. We gave it to my daughter for her birthday (December 2005), when she turned 2. She was so excited she drove it around the house. We haven't taken it outside yet, because it's still cold out. But, she plays with it at home, and when she does she puts on her glasses (baby bop's glasses) and gets her keys (plastic keys) and drives around the house in it. When we purchased it, the only color available was Purple and Pink. Which suited her. It seems that the yellow and red color wasn't available at the Yonkers, Toys R Us. But, she loves this car and so do we.
