User Submitted Deluxe Turntable Scrabble Reviews (cont...)Date: 2008-04-05 Deluxe Scrabble The best thing about this version is that the board sits up high enough so that when you spin it around for the next player it clears the the long plastic piece that holds your 7 letters...your letters in their holder won't get knocked off the table or moved. The only bad thing is that the board surface does not hold the letters that well, the little platic grid is not high enough next to each letter piece. If you turn the board slowly it's ok but if you turn the board to fast or you have big fingers then the pieces move easly. Otherwise all the pieces fit in the botton part of the "lazy susan" design......stores neatly away. Date: 2008-04-05 Scrabble ROCKS ! THE BEST GAME EVER INVENTED!!! I TRY TO PLAY EVERYDAY AND OWN 5 SCRABBLE BOARDS PERSONALLY. With two more hours in a day I could guarantee I could play everyday. Date: 2008-04-05 Great Turntable I would buy this product again for the simple fact that the turntable makes the game so much easier/fun to play. You simply can't beat the price combined with free shipping/no tax. We use Scrabble knowing that it will get our reluctant speller more interested in words. The great thing is that he now is. I also recommend the Scrabble Dictionary. Both are Highly recommended! Date: 2008-04-01 Great upgrade from traditional Scrabble! I love this version of Scrabble. The turntable is great, the tiles' finish very nice. Yay for Scrabble! My only pet peeve is the size, which is a side-effect of the turntable. Date: 2008-03-25 Deluxe Scrabble The Deluxe Scrabble arrived at least a week to ten days prior to the promised delivery date. That was wonderful! I am somewhat disappointed in the durability of the product. The ridges are not sturdy enough to hold the tiles against slight bumps. The turntable moves easily, almost too easily and needs to be steadied as a person is making a play. The tiles, the racks, and the tile bag are very nice. They would rate a "5."
