i ordered this for a birthday gift. my 8 year old has had the community workers set since last christmas. he loves it! he plays with it all the time. he sets the people up all over the living room, on his ships and i don't even know he is home!

Bought this for my 9 year old great nephew
I was told by his mother that he played with this particular gift of legos first and most. he phoned me to thank me immediately--not common with other gifts. His mother felt he liked all the many workers. She commented that this lego set had more than ususal.
I was happy that he enjoyed it so much.
Would definitely recommend it.

Lego Community Workers Set 2008
Awesome collection of mini-figures and related accessories. The trikes are great. Am looking forward to the quad bikes in 2009 (with Coast Guard). Am a hooked adult collector.

Great LEGO set!
Just as advertised and expected. Lots and lots of LEGO people. My three sons are constantly playing and interacting! Of course, the figures are small and the accessories are getting lost at a nice clip, but even so, great purchase for LEGO fans of all ages!
