Then she moved on to stuffed animals ands dolls. She will have a great time using her imagination and developing her mommy skills. Date: 2008-06-23 Well made and very sturdy I debated about this highchair for awhile and decided it had most of what I had been looking for and took the plunge. It is very well made, both my 2 year old and five year old have sat in this chair. No creeking sounds at all, very sturdy. I only wish the tray flipped instead you have to slide it in and out. However it is still removeable and gives the child one more thing to occupy them with while playing with her 'babies'. It is very sweet to see her feeding the dolls and talking to them while doing so. Very cute! Date: 2008-01-13 Melissa & Doug Wooden High Chair My granddaughter loves the high chair for her babies but she is 2 years old and it is hard for her to slide the tray of the high chair on. When I purchased it I thought the tray flipped up. So, I was a little disappointed in that, but the high chair is very well constructed. Date: 2007-12-28 Deluxe wooden doll High Chair This is a very well made product. bought for a 3 and 6 yr. old. Easy to assemble with predriilled holes and flathead screws. Nice white finish. the tray slides straight out and is completely removable.My 3 yr. old has sat in it many times, no damage done. This in not a real tall high chair. Easy for the girls to use while they are crawling around on their knees playing with their babydolls. Well worth the price.I would recommend Melissa and Doug products. Date: 2007-10-17 sturdy and well made I purchased this highchair for my 4year old's birthday. I looked at several other models before purchasing that were between $25 and $30 but they seemed flimsy and looked cheaply made. This one is very sturdy and quite lovely. The legs are solid and round, not just a single piece cut out of 1/4" plywood like the others. It was easily assembled with clear instructions. And it handles a good amount of weight, as my 40 pound little girl decided to sit in with no problems. This is a solid, sturdy, well made toy that is pretty as well, just what I always expect from "Melissa and Doug" products. It was well worth the extra money in my opinion!
