User Submitted Fisher-Price Laugh and Learn Learning Puppy Reviews (cont...)Date: 2008-05-27 Could use some adjustments This could have been a fantastic product, however, it is not. The buttons are TOO sensitive. The dog doesn't finish one song before it is starting the next one. If you are holding it, forget it! I really had high hopes for this toy, but it gets too annoying, so it does not get used. Date: 2008-05-26 the best hug-able interactive stuffed animal This toy was honestly the best choice amongst all others. Tickle me Elmo was good for a while and fun. I see my little Teema interacting and dancing to this toy. I was debating between this and the Pooh bear versions from another maker. I am so glad I took this one. Date: 2008-05-24 A little loud- but fun When we first got this toy- our daughter was way too young to play with it (only 3 weeks old) I hated it- it is really sensitive and it would go off in the middle of the night and scare us to death if we forgot to turn it off (scared the cat so bad once- it almost got its ear clawed off) but as she has gotten older- it is actually fun for her to play with and she seems to enjoy it- even if I still am wary of it. So overall- wait until you have a child at least a year old- otherwise it is a kind of creepy little dog.... Date: 2008-05-08 Too sensitive Great idea, but the buttons were too sensitive. He would go off when no one was touching him, and if you just brushed a part of his body with a sensor, he would switch songs in the middle of one song. I thought maybe it was just mine, but two friends had the same experience. Date: 2008-04-30 Learning Puppy - Great for your Little One I bought this for my son who is now 8 months old. He loves his puppy and plays with it all the time. He's so proud when he can make it make sounds. All he has to do is touch it with his hands or feet and it goes off. I would certainly recommend this to anyone with an infant 6 months plus.
