Great Gift
Got this cute little horse for my one year old great nephew. Took about 1/2 hour to put it together. Great gift.

Great Buy!
I bought this mainly for my 8 month old. It has an add on to allow a baby to sit on it without falling off. She does like it. But I also have a 2 year old who loves it. so I just keep the baby add on off. It's a pain to take on & off. It doesn't add hours of fun for them. But, it's a great toy to have. i wish that it made noise though like some do.

physical skills
My son actually knows how to control this bounce with his conscious. He is 9 months old. I do not know for other babies that will be able to ride, because my friend's ten months old daughter is fear of it. Unless you have confidence in your baby, go for it!

It's growing on her...
I bought this pony for my eight-month old who's already cruising around on the furniture. I figured this would help expend some of that boundless energy and save us a couple of heart attacks with her attempted climbing exploits.

So far she likes to enjoy the challenge of climbing on the head of the pony then actually ride the thing. She does bounce on it quite a bit, but then those pointy ears get her attention and then its the mane and then, "oh what's this, pony has a squishy nose I can chew on..", and pretty soon grabbing her before another trapeze act can be performed.

And yes, there is a safety seat, but she is in the 97% for height and her little thighs get pinched,(squished) when she puts her feet on the stirrups, so we had to take it off. Otherwise it would have held the little climber just fine. I think she will enjoy it more as she gets older and her attention span grows.

A very well-made toy
We bought this for our son when he outgrew his Jumperoo (itself a big hit!) So far, he really likes it. The pony is well designed, as we've seen with other Radio Flyer toys. It is, however, very light and is easy to move around.
