Date: 2008-12-09 So adorable!! We bought the blue trike for my son for Christmas. We just put it together and it only took about 5 minutes - easy to assemble. It is the MOST BEAUTIFUL trike I have EVER seen!!!!!!! Even my husband who never shows his emotions was going crazy over how cool this trike is. The blue is so shiny and vibrant - we love the tassels on the handlebars and the little bell too. It's just the cutest thing in the world!!!!!!!!!! Date: 2008-12-05 Will Take Heed To Advice in Reviews I bought this item as an early birthday gift for my son. Although many reviewers warned about the defective tire, I thought they just received a lemon. Well it seems that I have also. I opened the box, then assembled the tricycle only to learn the inner tube's seam had a gaping hole in it. I have searched high and low at local stores for a replacement to no avail. Although this tricycle is just the right size for my 2 year old. He is still waiting to take his first ride. I need help. Please let me know where I can find a replacement. Date: 2008-12-05 good quality but daughter hated it this is a good quality trike. sturdy and safe. if you like the roadster look, you'll like the style. My three-year-old daughter is a girly girl (pink, pink, pink), so she didn't care for the black accents at all. The seat sits really low to the ground, which is good in one way because it doesn't tip over. The problem is my daughter had trouble peddling sitting so low with her legs stretched out in front of her. She tried the trike a few times and then totally lost interest. It was a total disappointment. She told me she wanted a "real" bike like the other kids in the neighborhood. oh well. live and learn. Date: 2008-12-03 Grandson's Birthday Present Schwinn Roadster Kid"s Trike Not ordering online very often I was very happy with the ease and speed of receiving the product. I did have a problem with the item and didn't know how to go about solving it so I'm taking this opportunity. My husband put the trike together and it was awesome! We gave the gift to our Grandson the next day and within 30 minutes the front tire was flat. It never made it outside so it was only ridden on carpet and tile. To this day it still hasn't made it outside - he won't part with it. We have repaired the tire twice in two different spots and it continues to go flat. My husband did make a comment on how old the tires seemed to look but that just wasn't even in our minds that they could be old or defective. The size of the tire is 12.5 x 2 1/4. We need to buy a new one and if you could help us out that would be great. Other than that the product was a smash. Just ask Chase! Thank you, Patti Duffy
