Great Lego product.
I especially liked the vulture droid that comes with it. And the Naboo 1 starfighter can shoot a missle from underneath. It is a great addition to our lego star wars collection. Also, it's available at a great price.

Son loves Legos
My son really enjoys putting Legos together. However, once he is done they just sit there. He does a great job following the instructions (he is 7) and pretty much assembles them by himself. Overall, a very happy purchase.

It comes apart during mild play way too easily
The best part of this for my 7 year old was putting it together. He absolutely loves assembling Lego toys, such as the Bionicle series, which he started on when he was around 4-5. I just wish the design of it was such that it didn't fall apart so easily. He's really afraid to do much with it other than look at it, for fear that it will fall apart. Btw, I tried to press the pieces together more myself, thinking he might not have been able to do it. That's definitely *not* the problem.

my 7 year old grandson't favorite christmas present
MY grandson says this was the best present he got this year. He plays with it all the time.

nice toy for kids
My 8 yr old son was able to assemble the toy with patience. It made him concentrate, and he felt good having completed putting it together himself. He likes firing the torpedo around the house. Cool toy.
