Cookie Monster
If you want to purchase a tickle me other than Elmo, then Cookie Monster is a good novelty toy for the adult who like novelty toys. I purchased this gift as an extra gift for a family member so she can add to her selection of novelty toes. Cookie Monster is a nice blue color and is quite amuzing. Very fun gag gift!

Doesn't Work like advertised.
This is supposed to lay down roll side to side and then stand up. I have traded this toy in twice at a local store and none of them worked properly. Plus, it scares my 1 year old.

Fun toy
I purchased this for my 2 year old son who loves Cookie Monster. It was a big hit. It is fun to play with but not very educational. It is very simular to the tickle me Elmo in actions. It does use up batteries so I would suggest keeping extras on hand. It is not a soft toy, but that doesn't seem to bother my son who will nap with it. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Fun Toy
I bought this for my 19 month old. At first he was leery of it but after seeing it in action, he loves it. It seems very durable since it has been flung by the eyeballs all over my house. He usually resets itself after he has knocked it down during a tickle session. However, it tends to not roll side to side because it seems to use a lot of force to sit with makes it stand back up. It is a fun toy but not educational.

Cute
Got it for a good price, probably wouldn't have paid what I have seen it retail for. My sons really got a good laugh out of it especially since my 21 month old son loves Cookie Monster. Short lived play but cute toy. Takes a lot of batteries. Like 6 AA, 3 in each foot. If one foots batteries are starting to go, the toys does not work right. That was a little bit of a bummer. For the price, not bad.
